Fabricis.com is committed to accurately representing all products online. Please note that photos may not always reflect the exact color or texture of each fabric. We recommend requesting a fabric swatch or contacting us before finalizing your purchase.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us promptly at support@fabricis.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect fabrics, please email us at support@fabricis.com within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange at no cost.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of purchase. Once returned items are received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.


Returns and Exchanges

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Fabrics that have been cut, altered, or damaged.
  • Fabrics shorter than 3 yards in length.
  • Clearance (discounted) or final-sale items.
  • Custom prints or custom-made items.
  • Gift cards or downloadable products.
  • Swatches and scrap boxes.
  • Health or personal care items.
  • Cutting fees or expedited processing/shipping services.

All products must:

  • Be returned in their original condition, including packaging.
  • Not have been washed, ironed, or altered in any way.
  • Be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip or customer invoice (receipt).

Return / Exchange Procedure

  1. Email support@fabricis.com with your order number and product details to request a return or exchange.
  2. Once authorized, return the items within 10 days of receiving your order.
  3. Email a scanned shipping receipt — we’ll reimburse your return shipping to your PayPal account once the fabrics are received.

Claims for Damaged Items or Shortages

Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Please email support@fabricis.com to report such issues.


Shipping & Disclosure

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
  • Original shipping fees will be deducted from any refund.
  • Fabricis is not responsible for costs incurred from third-party alterations (e.g., sewing).
  • Exchange delivery times may vary depending on your location.

All returns and exchanges are subject to Fabricis’ approval and the applicable laws of the Republic of Korea.
