SHIPPING TIME

Unless otherwise stated, we will hand over your fabric order to the designated delivery companies:

  • K-Packet: 6 to 12 business days from the time you place your order.
  • EMS: 5 to 12 business days from the time you place your order.
  • FedEx: 2 to 8 business days from the time you place your order.

The standard shipping time is typically 3 to 15 days after your order is confirmed (excluding weekends and national holidays in South Korea, China, and Vietnam).

TAXES, DUTIES, AND OTHER FEES

Please note that we are unable to provide estimated duties and taxes for international shipping, as these charges vary by country.

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable local sales taxes, duties, or other fees. By placing your order, you agree to assume these charges upon the package's arrival.

If duty-free eligibility applies to your order, we will provide you with all the necessary information to facilitate the application process.

 

UNATTENDED SHIPMENT

It is important that you promptly respond to any calls or emails from both the courier service and Fabricis.com.

Please note that if the shipment is left unattended by the receiver, the package will be considered abandoned and discarded. This means the package will not be returned to Fabricis.com and will be wasted.
