Refund policy

Fabricis.com is committed to accurately representing items available online. However, please note that the provided photos may not fully capture the exact color or characteristics of a specific item. To avoid any discrepancies, we strongly recommend requesting a fabric swatch or contacting us before finalizing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing an order and wish to make changes, please email us promptly and include your order number for reference. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

In the rare event that you receive fabrics that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to arrange an exchange. To initiate this process, please email us at support@fabricis.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

Refund Policy

Refunds cannot be issued after 15 days from the date of purchase. Once the item(s) are returned to our facility, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to your original form of payment.


Returns and Exchanges

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Fabrics that have been cut, altered, or damaged.

  • Fabrics shorter than 3 yards in length.

  • Clearance (discounted) items.

  • Custom prints.

All products must:

  • Be returned in their original condition, including packaging.

  • Not have been washed, ironed, or altered in any way.

  • Be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip or customer invoice (receipt).


Claims for Damaged Items or Shortages

Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Please email support@fabricis.com to report such issues.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Certain health and personal care items.
  • Cutting fees.
  • Expedited shipping costs.
  • Expedited processing costs.
  • Swatches.
  • Custom-made items.
  • Scrap boxes.
  • Final sale items.

Return/Exchange Procedure
  1. Email support@fabricis.com with your order number and product details to request a return or exchange.
  2. Once you receive authorization, return the fabrics within 10 days of receiving your order.
  3. Scan the shipment receipt and email it to us. Once the fabrics are received, we will refund the shipping cost to your PayPal account.

Disclosure
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. These costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount.
  • Fabricis is not responsible for any third-party charges incurred for sewing or other alterations made to the fabric.
  • The time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
